To receive funds from O.C.P.C.P, the applicant must have cancer at the time of applying. We are only able to assist gynecological and breast cancer patients at the moment, but will be able to assist all types of cancer soon. The patient requesting assistance, can live in any region, as long as they are cancer patients, and in need of financial assistance, they are eligible.

OCPCP Notice of Financial Assistance Rules and Regulations Change

1. Patients receiving assistance, will no longer personally receive a check. The patient requesting assistance, will need to fax or mail a copy of the bill which they want to be paid. We will make the payment to the place of business which you owe. For example, your rent is coming up. The total is $400.00. You would need to mail a copy of the rental company, the house address, the amount to be paid. We will then make a payment directly to the rental company on your behalf. This works for everything, household bills, treatment etc. If you need us to help with a doctor bill, you will need to find out in advance the cost, so that we can make arrangements with your provider before your appointment.

2. Due to IRS rules, any person receiving more than $600.00 will be considered financial assistance, and need a 1099 IRS form to be filled out the following year. In order to assist more patients, and allow us to use the funds as donation, patients will  NOT be giving any more than $600.00 to any patient per 30 days.

3. We have a right to change the date of check delivery at any time. We usually send checks out the 15th of each month, but we have the right to send it later if needed. Depending on our fundraising, and how each event goes, will effect how much money the patient receives.  We do not have to give the requested amount, we do not have to give the quoted amount as well. The amount of check promised can change at any given time as well.

We apologize if this causes any inconvenience to the person requesting assistance. But to make sure that we can assist everyone who request assistance, we must follow these rules and NOT allow any exceptions.  Thank you for choosing O.C.P.C.P for your financial assistance provider for your cancer treatment needs.

O.C.P.C.P Contest and Raffle Prize Rules and Regulations

1. Only one prize per person, per event. No exceptions!
2. If the prizes have not personally been picked up by O.C.P.C.P, and is still being help by the donor/sponsor, then the prize(s) are not under O.C.P.C.P control. If the sponsor changes his/her mind, and or realizes that the prize is not in the budget, and withdraws there sponsor/donation, while prize is being held by their company, then O.C.P.C.P is NOT and CANNOT be held responsible or liable for any changes made. Meaning, if we raffle of a prize, but have yet to pick it up, or the prizes has been scheduled to be delivered upon a winner announcement, when that prize is raffled off, and  if the company decides to withdraw their sponsorship, then the person whom won the prize originally will no longer be allowed to receive it, and O.C.P.C.P is NOT responsible to replace the prize previously advertised. The only rights the ticket purchaser/winner has is to choose to receive a refund for the cost of the ticket won, only. Not for all tickets bought.  We are deeply sorry if this instance occurs, but we cannot afford to pay for prizes that sponsors had promised, and we will not be help liable for any instances caused by the withdraw of a sponsor.
3. We raffle of prizes that have been donated by generous companies. We do not usually hold prizes over the amount of $500.00 in our possession. Any prizes exceeding that amount will be picked up by the winner  or delivered by the company whom donated it. We are not responsible for any cost the sponsor may need for storage, or delivery.
4. Full rules and regulations do NOT have to be present or posted at the event where the contest/raffle prizes will be announced. We have full details to all contest located on our website. Rules can change at any moment by O.C.P.C.P without notice to the winner and/or contestants.
5. All prizes donated by companies WILL be raffled/auctioned off. O.C.P.C.P will not keep any prize offered or given to our charity. 100% of prizes will be used as fundraising purpose. We will issue a receipt to the sponsors/donators on contributions to our charity. If the company/individual decides to withdraw their donation, then the receipt is considered void from that moment on, and the person(s) are no longer eligible for Tax Deductions. We will send a new notice to all companies who withdraw there donation, for proper documentation.
6. O.C.P.C.P has the right to change any rules/regulations at any given time without notice to participants. The new rules and regulations will be posted on our website no later than 10 business days following the decision to change.

If they choose that they want to deliver, the winning participant will not be allowed to pick up the prize in person. If the sponsor chooses for the winner to pick up the prize in person, and the winning participant request for it to be delivered, then the winner is completely responsible for delivery, shipping and/or handling charges. The participant must set this up with a member of O.C.P.C.P. NOT the sponsor.
